These Terms of Use govern your use of Receipt Vault ("the app"), developed and published by BASS | Black Artists Surpassing Standards ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Receipt Vault is licensed to you, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Receipt Vault is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD. This grants you access to all current and future features of the app with no recurring charges, subscriptions, or additional in-app purchases of any kind.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — storing your own receipts and tracking your own product warranties. You agree not to:
All data you store in Receipt Vault belongs to you. We have no access to it. It lives entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You assume all risk associated with its use.
In particular, Receipt Vault is a personal organizational tool. It is your responsibility to maintain independent records of any warranties, receipts, or purchases that are important to you. Do not rely solely on this app for legally or financially critical documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BASS | Black Artists Surpassing Standards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
The app, its design, code, icons, and all associated content are the property of BASS | Black Artists Surpassing Standards and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may update the app from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or ensure compatibility with new iOS versions. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time, though your one-time purchase entitles you to continue using any version you have already downloaded.
Receipt Vault is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use and bears no responsibility for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms will govern with respect to App Store-specific matters.
Any product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or legal complaints relating to the app should be directed to us, not Apple.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
